We had last wipe problem with people blocking loot areas and the north tunnel was fully blocked off, and now again Svetlana and someone else build in north east lighthouse. Its cool we dont constantly have active admins, but it would be nice for one to get on once a while and prober follow up the rules on the server. Because right now people come online and litterly say "no active admins, we do as we like" and there is only so much we normal players can do to prevent them.
